Terms of Use

Use Suffly fairly.

Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026

By using Suffly, you agree to these terms.

Shared records

Crew members are responsible for entering accurate expenses, shares, plans, and settlement information. Suffly calculations depend on user-entered records.

No payment processing

Suffly is a planning and shared-ledger tool. It does not transfer, hold, receive, lend, invest, or process money. A settlement record represents an external payment such as cash or a separate payment service.

Suffs results

Suffs uses matching history to reduce repeated assignments when possible but cannot guarantee that every result is unique. Completed results are locked to discourage rerolling after acceptance.

Crew ownership

Crew owners can manage details and membership. Owners must transfer ownership before leaving. Deleting a crew removes shared Suffly data and should only be done when the crew no longer needs the history.

Acceptable use

Use Suffly lawfully and respectfully. Do not access crews without authorization, abuse invitation codes, interfere with the service, submit deceptive payment records, upload unlawful content, or attempt to bypass security controls.

Availability

Firebase, Google, Heroku, map, advertising, notification, and backup services can be interrupted or changed. Keep separate records when information is needed for legal, tax, business, or other formal purposes.

Disclaimer and liability

Suffly is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for verifying expenses, settlements, plans, and decisions made using the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
